 Spartan Imperial Mansion, 43' (Dent Free Exterior) - $9500 (Victorville)

I have 2 Vintage Spartan Imperial Mansions. Both are 1 bedroom models. Either one will make a great living space, guest unit or office or ? Both are Corrosion and dent free and are excellent examples of the early redesign from late 1953. These both have the port holes windows in the doors which were discontinued by late 1955.

40', 43' overall

Tandem axle

#1. is priced at $9500 (Pictures 1 thru 5)

#2. Two is priced at $15,000 (Pictures 6 thru 8)

#1 is complete minus the Built in dinette in the kitchen. Doors have original functioning Door Latch assemblies. Floors are solid. Most of the wall panels are restorable. All of the cabinets are restorable. All of the windows will be serviced and replaced where necessary. Axles and brakes will be serviced with new tires installed. Tail lights and running lights will be in good working condition with a new connector cord and wiring if necessary.

#2. Is complete and we have already started some of the restoration. Windows and mechanisms restored. Doors and Door latch assemblies are in good condition. Exterior has been Acid Bathed sanded and prepped for polishing. Roof will be resealed. Front tongue sand blasted and painted. Axle and brakes serviced with new tires installed. Bathroom will be resurfaced in Period Correct materials. Tub reglazed. Kitchen counters and backsplash will be replaced as well. The floor has already been redone in a high quality wood Laminate. Plumbing will be redone. Wiring has been checked and repaired where necessary and a new Breaker box installed.

We can finish either one of these Spartans to your specifications. The asking prices will be going up as more work is done.

Both Trailers are currently in Victorville California and are easy to show.
