1949 24' Spartan Trailer. Good usable condition. Stove & refrigerator are original and they both work. Brand new chrome rims and tires. Reese anti-sway levelizer hitch. Modified to self-contained shower, sink and stool. Air conditioner works, safety certified by KY Fire Marshall. Sat unused from 1982 to 2013. Heater is missing. When bath was added 2 twin beds would no longer fit, so there is only 1 twin in trailer and we have the second frame...if you want to keep the bath, it is possible to install a standard size bed. $3000 obo will deliver for a fee.
