 1955 Spartan "Royal Manor" Trailer - $6800 (Penn Valley, California)

For sale is a 1955 Spartan "Royal Manor" trailer, measuring 37' x 8'. Registration is current. I purchased the trailer three years ago in moderate to good condition, with original birch panelling (with some water damage in areas and water damage to some window sills), original appliances, and original kitchen linoleum. I re-tiled the shower and lived quite comfortably in the trailer for two years. The trailer is currently gutted with appliances and wood panelling carefully set aside and protected from weather.
