Has new kitchen sink and hot water heater plus new tile work in the kitchen. The trailer has been reinforce for the a/c unit. Has new tires and wheels. AS you can see by the pic I have the toilet, frig, 220 elect , microwave panel strip for the base board, wall paneling, all the flooring see pic under the sink etc, etc, I have all the drawers, cabinet doors off for refinishing.
